All the Bull from 2000

It was the year 2000 and a group of enthusiastic young people decided to get a Bachelor and Spinsters going in the Murray Bridge region. The first committee consisted of the following people Adam Wedding, Belinda May, Ben Moloney, Ben Milne, Darren Dalitz, Jackie Haebich, Kristie James, Kym Noble, Lorraine Haebic, Matt Snibson, Matt Venning, Rick Cheso, Robyn Mayfield, Simon Forster, Travis Schubert, Trevor Nagel.

It was to be held on the 12th and 13th of August 2000. Entertainment was by Tongue 'n' Cheek and D.J. Tony Clarke. The ball was a huge success for a first time, 650 people enjoyed themselves all weekend. A total of $12,000 was raised for charities and local organizations. The Murray Bridge Hospital Helipad Fund received $7000 and S.A Ambulance, Mypolonga CFS, Murray Bridge Apex, Local Police Community Fund and the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal all received $1000.
